My proposition is essentially real estate website promotion in a partnership arrangement. Partners in my Internet real estate marketing tools program can be located anywhere in the USA.

Probably you had a nice website built, and if it's working for you...great! Congratulations! If your website is found in the top 10 results on, say, Google for the most important keyword phrase for your business, you don't need my help.

But if your website is not showing up in the top 10 results, then it has a problem. Very likely, you aren't getting any leads from it. Most people using search engines won't go past the first page of results. The higher your website is located on the first page of search results, the more calls and emails you will generally get. It usually requires the attention of a search engine expert to properly position it.

...Effective real estate website promotion is essential to getting the benefit of an Internet presence and making that website of yours pay off as a marketing tool. If you're not located high up on the first page of search results, then someone else is getting the calls that YOU could be getting. Simple as that.

Now, having been in the "SEO" (search engine optimization) business for a while, I can tell you that many of the so-called experts in this field lack the expertise necessary to successfully compete in a crowded category. I won't tie you up with a lengthy description of how this SEO work is performed. Let's just say I have a LOT of websites that rank VERY high in highly competitive categories and I can PROVE it if you wish to call me. Just have your browser pointed at Google when you call.
